Following the defeat of the Mad Titan and the recovery of the Tesseract, the Avengers decided that their first priority should be to create a new home base for themselves, and they evicted Thor from Avengers Mansion. The Vision took over Thor's role as head of the Avengers. Shortly afterward, Stark embarked on a new career in innovation, manufacturing and transportation.
The Vision's home base soon became consumed by his experiments, including an attempt to clone Bruce Banner in an attempt to preserve the Hulk's memory of loved ones. The "artificial loners" were instrumental in exposing the Illuminati's secret plot to use Element E.
Following the death of Bruce Banner, the Vision worked with Black Panther to help Thanos escape, fearing that he still posed a threat to the universe in his disembodied state. The Vision and Visionaries emerge from the time portal and are caught in an ongoing war between two factions of Future Foundation to keep the Multiverse stable.
In order to save his wife, who was trapped in the time-stream at that moment, Stark started his own time-correction program and placed his Arc Reactor in the Hand of Thanos (this was a path he had denied himself for years) in the hopes that the energy released would stop the problem. This worked, and he used an axe-like device to cut the time stream in two, and thus his wife was brought back to life.
The Time & Memory agency, a group of heroes who had been focused on battling the Mad Titan, free the Vision and created the Time Gem, with the intention of freeing the Dominant timeline from the Mad Titan's control. Skaar and Wiccan took a group of heroes back in time to the beginning of the universe and help the Vision and the Avengers bypass the Mad Titan's plans and save the timeline. d2c66b5586
