this started happening after i got the new guitar, which has a native amp mode no matter what interface. And now that i've uninstalled the driver, and reinstalled it doesn't work? Anyone else having this issue?
Hi, I discovered this piece of software while digging into all the possibilities to interface a 3rd party amplifier with my electric guitar. I am using Garageband.. I actually just updated the software to version "6.0.1" as it has been crashing, but this did not solve my problem. The interface is called "Rocksmith-driver". Anyway, as stated this worked extensively in "v1.2.1" but not "v1.2.2". I followed the instructions to install the new driver, and it even said I needed to restart my computer. But, I noticed a folder called "Rocksmith-Driver-2.0.0.1" was created on the desktop. This drive is 1,000 times bigger in size than the new driver installed. I looked at the read out.. the old version read "Warning.. size 9.1mb. I mistakenly tried to close it out as well. And the updates failed. So I opened Automator and went to the "Open" command, and it tells me the file in question is missing. I'm not sure how to resume the updates. I've tried deleting the file, and by the looks of it it is being used. So this is just a question of "How do I resume updates to the old Rocksmith-driver-1.2.2" so I can enjoy using this awesome interface. I've searched the net and not found this answer, possibly because I am missing something. Do you know how I can resolve this issue?

In the comments section (a.k.a. the footnote), we use the curly quote "`" to show and define math symbols, and use regular quotes '" to show script callbacks that are used later, and we use backticks ` to capture text inside a string. Please be careful of anything in this document that contains these two quote types. The following is an example of a single math formula used in this worksheet: d2c66b5586
