The Versant test app has many different uses for call center professionals. It can be used to help with a promotion or hiring process, to help improve an existing agent's skills, to improve the abilities of an agent who may not be performing as well as expected, or to measure the progress of an agent who is about to start a new job.
An employer might use a training system to provide learning opportunities to train your call center skills. Or an employer may ask their current agents to perform a call center test, to measure the agents in different areas. An employer may also want to ask their current agents to participate in an exam that covers all the skills required for the position, to establish a baseline for future performance.
Test designers have designed each test to provide a comprehensive overview of your skills and abilities in a realistic work environment. The test also covers the following areas:
Customer Service
Cognitive/Attention/Memory Skills
Mental Math
Manual Dexterity/Visual Perception
Social Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Language
Each test is scored in the following way:
Zero for incorrect
One for correct
Half-point for correct with tolerance
One-point for correct without tolerance
Two for correct in both sections
Three for incorrect
In addition to online and offline assessments, our QA platform provides a wide variety of live simulations and real-life practice scenarios that are designed to prepare you for the interview process. Each scenario contains a realistic call center environment with multiple QA calls. After completing the practice scenario, you will be able to gauge your performance and obtain feedback.
Check out the Versant Learning site for more information on the call center certification exam, or talk to one of our regional staff members if you're looking for help with your next career move.
Depending on the specific job description and expertise required, the exam may require a minimum score of 70% or a passing score of 80%. Each call center test can be taken in a designated period of time during a designated period of time, and the exams are used to determine a level of proficiency.
In either case, the test is scored and graded on an automated basis. It is important to note that this exam does not measure the employee's ability to answer questions. This test is self-administered , meaning the test is given in the employer's place of business and takes no more than an hour. 827ec27edc
