The OSCAR data will show the following sequence of activities occurring with the machine. Detailed data on when the machine is ON and OFF is recorded by the OSCAR Development team via a side product called xPaper-OSCAR, which is part of the DreamMapper application. I really cannot speak to when a machine is on or off. By "on" I mean is the machine is on for more than 10 consecutive minutes at a time. By "off" I mean the machine is off for more than 10 minutes at a time. Thus I have no way of knowing if the machine has been on for an hour or off for an hour.
Real Time Reporting is the ability to record activity in the machine and run reports on that activity on demand. Sent data is considered sensitive data by the FDA, so it cannot be displayed to end users via the Care Manager.
The largest changes at this time are the ones on the CPAP Recommendation Number data. The lines consist of a CPAP recommendation number, a number of levels or therapies used with that recommendation, and the years these therapies have been used. At this time, it is not known where or how many years back the therapies were prescribed. (However, based on published information, the larger numbers are needed to extrapolate the therapy to the earliest years)
For the FDA approval, the modeling of these data was based on a three year usage period. I am really not sure where these data come from. One clue is the line says "All Philips Respironics CS5000 Series and CS6000 series machines." I suspect that all machines with that model number of sleep therapy device should have this info. However, that simply appears to be a requirement of the FDA review process. As such, I am left to guess at the accuracy of the info. d2c66b5586
