If you specify --file, then curl will read the password from file, and optionally write the password to file. You can use this to configure a file which will be read automatically when curl is run.
By using Security Onion, we can scan a host without needing an agent or anything else on it. This ensures that the scan makes no noise and is as silent as a good AppScan tool. Additionally, both the host and its network are scanned for violations in the same scan. It runs 32 different checks, including signature, heuristics, IoT, hardening, and many more. All the checks are customizable, such as checking for the check_http server, WLS file scanner, vulnerability scanners, web scanner, and many more. All the tools and options are easily accessible by clicking the + button.
Although most of the analysis takes place, we can, if desired, run a full report of all the analysis. Just click the Reports option and the report is created in the adobe reader version. The report contains lots of information related to the host and its network and the findings of the different tools. d2c66b5586
